Big Brothers Big Sisters of Will and Grundy Counties is pleased to announce the appointment of Molly Babyak as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective June 22, 2026.
As CEO, Babyak will lead the organization’s efforts to expand and support one-to-onc mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth throughout Will and Grundy Counties. She brings a strong commitment to youth development, community engagement, and nonprofit excellence.
