Roads along the race route will be closed from 6:30 a.m. until approximately 10 a.m. Closures will affect portions of York Road (between North Avenue and Harbour Terrace), Palmer Drive, Cottage Hill, Elmwood Terrace, Harbour Terrace, Park, and Prospect.
