JOLIET, Ill. — A 17-year-old boy has been charged after allegedly stabbing another 17-year-old boy Sunday afternoon in Joliet.
At around 12:55 p.m., officers responded to the Riverwalk Homes Apartments, located in the 300 block of North Broadway, on the report of a stabbing.
