Two Aurora teens, an 18-year-old and a 15-year-old, are under arrest after a foot chase that led to the discovery of several illegal firearms.
Eighteen-year-old Jonathan Rios and the 15-year-old are charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and other offenses. Police allege officers recovered three handguns, one with a machine gun conversion device, and ammunition.
Police had been called Thursday for a report of two people displaying guns in various neighborhoods. Officers found the pair in the area of North East Avenue and Fulton Street, where they fled before being caught a short time later…
