Sugar Grove Village Hall says there is a resolution on which entity is responsible for the Hankes Road Bridge. The Illinois Department of Transportation will complete major structural improvements to the bridge, and it will remain under IDOT’s jurisdiction. Upcoming improvements include repairs to the bridge’s substructure and a new bridge deck.
