For two years, an entire Naples community believed they were helping a woman fight for her life. Instead, police say, they were funding her personal debt.
Maribeth Ellen Jones of Bonita Springs was arrested on Thursday, August 5 and charged with grand theft between $20,000 and $100,000, the Collier County Sheriff’s Office said in an official release on August 7.
