Naples, FL: Shake Shack is preparing to open its second Collier County restaurant on September 4 at 6833 Collier Boulevard, just north of U.S. 41 East. The new location sits along Restaurant Row in a building that previously housed a Pollo Tropical drive-thru, and it will mark the popular burger chain’s 32nd restaurant in Florida.
A New Spot Along Restaurant Row
The Collier Boulevard location will be Shake Shack’s third drive-thru in Florida, featuring a single-lane setup along with indoor dining for guests who want to eat inside. The site’s transformation from a fast food drive-thru into a Shake Shack reflects a broader pattern of turnover happening in that stretch of Restaurant Row, where other chains have also come and gone in recent years.
This expansion comes just months after Shake Shack made its debut in Southwest Florida. The company opened its first area location in February at Mercato, located at 9105 Strada Place in North Naples.
That restaurant introduced local diners to the chain’s menu and set the stage for further growth in the region. With two locations now serving the greater Naples area, Shake Shack appears to be betting on strong demand from Southwest Florida residents and visitors alike.
What Customers Can Expect
