Kolter Urban has topped out on a 24-story luxury development in Lee County.
The Island at West Bay Club, located within the 868-acre West Bay Club Community in Estero, will comprise 86 homes. The “estate-scale residences” will feature three and four bedrooms, measuring 3,300 to more than 6,270 square feet. In-unit features include but aren’t limited to private-access elevators, 10-foot-high ceilings, and wraparound terraces with views of the surrounding waterways.
The amenities are among the many focal points at The Island at West Bay Club; just a few of the expansive offerings include a state-of-the-art private fitness center, dog park, and sports simulator. There will also be a rooftop resort-style swimming pool outfitted with designated swim lanes, day cabanas, and grilling stations.
Kolter Urban started construction on The Island at West Bay Club earlier this year. Completion is slated for mid-2027. GarciaStromberg is the architect.
