Marco Island City Manager Mike McNees has agreed to meet with members of the local police union without Police Chief Tracy Frazzano. The Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 95 voted no confidence in the chief Sept. 28 and asked to meet with city staff about their concerns, said lodge President Jonathon Gray.
