NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — On a cold November night in 1969, 12-year-old Nora Kathylene “Kathy” Jones left her Nashville home and walked to a local roller skating rink, expecting to call her mother for a ride home later that evening.

That call never came.

Now, more than five decades later, Metropolitan Nashville Police Department cold case detectives are turning to modern forensic technology in hopes of finding answers in the brutal killing that shocked the city…
