HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Hendersonville police are on the lookout for a scam artist using deception and sleight of hand to possibly prey on unsuspecting Middle Tennessee cashiers.

“The easiest thing to do is to hand them everything back they gave you and start over,” Hendersonville Police Department Lt. Christoher Gagnon told News 2.

According to the HPD, a man who could be affiliated with a Romanian gang entered the Hendersonville Walmart on May 13. He was wearing a polo shirt, blue shorts and Crocs shoes.
