NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Officers with the Metro Nashville Police Department spotted multiple motorcycles and four-wheelers driving west on Charlotte Avenue near 17th Avenue North on July 4.
Police said the riders were driving recklessly, performing wheelies and running red lights.
