Naked Farmer, the Tampa-born farm-to-table fast-casual brand, quietly swung open its doors Monday inside The Arcade in downtown Nashville. The new spot brings the chain’s seasonal, vegetable-forward plates into the 1902 arcade building and is offering dine-in service along with pickup, delivery and catering. The restaurant markets itself as seed oil-free and built around ingredients sourced from family-owned farms.

The menu at the Nashville location centers on customizable, high-protein plates with choices like grass-fed steak, chicken, and salmon, plus fresh salads and sides including broccoli, roasted sweet potatoes, green beans, and creamy mac and cheese. Desserts such as sticky toffee date cake, cornbread, and cookies round things out, and the brand says customers can order online or through delivery apps, according to Nashville Lifestyles.

On its own site, Naked Farmer lays out a strict sourcing ethos that rules out refined vegetable oils in favor of avocado oil and extra-virgin olive oil, and it says chefs prepare all dishes on-site using ingredients from family-owned farms.
