A Tennessee death row inmate scheduled to be executed next month is at the center of a new legal fight tied to the state’s most recent failed execution attempt.
Anthony “Darrell” Hines, 66, is scheduled to be executed Aug. 13 for the 1985 murder of Catherine Jenkins, a motel maid in Kingston Springs.
