NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A man who reportedly stole nearly $10,000 in merchandise over two months at Nashville Home Depots is arrested.
Bobby Clanton, 51, was booked into the Davidson County Jail on August 1. Police say that on 12 separate dates between June and July, he and another person walked out of the store with a cart with hundreds, even thousands of dollars worth of merchandise without paying.
Eleven of the alleged thefts between June 5 and July 31 took place at the Home Depot at 2535 Powell Avenue, except for one which occurred at the 1155 Bell Road location. Home Depot said they have surveillance video of the thefts…
