‘We need childcare’: East Nashville daycare plan for 137 children draws neighborhood concerns

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Nashville is short thousands of childcare spots, but a proposal aimed at adding more is drawing concerns from some East Nashville neighbors who question whether their narrow residential streets can handle the traffic.

A plan submitted for 2616 Tiffany Drive would convert an existing home on more than fives acres into a Montessori school with capacity for up to 137 children.
