NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Nashville Department of Transportation is working with the Metro Nashville Police Department to shut down a rogue pedicab driver in downtown Nashville.
“He does not care,” Metro Nashville Transportation Licensing Director Richard Rooker said. “He’s going to do what he wants to do, and he is dangerous.”
