NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Tennessee officials are moving forward with plans to redevelop more than 10 acres of state-owned land in downtown Nashville, despite concerns about the speed of the process and how the state will select a developer.
The five properties, located along Rosa L. Parks Boulevard, are valued at more than $160 million.
