The East Bank Development Authority approved a resolution Tuesday authorizing $75 million for a 700-foot extension to Nashville’s John Siegenthaler Pedestrian Bridge.
EBDA CEO Ben York presented the resolution at the Authority’s monthly meeting.
“This really starts to set the stage for community building and placemaking for the East Bank,” York said. “This is a way for patrons of the stadium to obviously interact with the stadium from downtown to the East Bank. It’s also a way for residents in East Nashville to commute to downtown and be able to traverse the river using the pedestrian bridge as well.”…
