Several Nashville-area animal shelters will participate in the 18th annual Mars Adoption Weekend from Friday, Oct. 2 through Sunday, Oct. 4, with adoption fees covered at participating locations. Click for More Events
Mars Petcare will partner with Nashville Humane Association, Metro Animal Care & Control and Williamson County Animal Center in Franklin for the three-day event. Local Mars employees will also volunteer at the shelters, distribute pet supplies and food, and help prospective adopters prepare to bring pets home.
Mars, its family of pet care brands and Adopt A Pet Shelter Plus will fund up to $100,000 in cat and dog adoption fees during the weekend. PEDIGREE Foundation will provide up to an additional $25,000 to support dog adoption fees…
