HARRISON COUNTY, Miss. (WJTV) – The ex-boyfriend of a Mississippi woman who was killed after he was released on bond from Nashville pled guilty to additional charges.
WXXV reported Bricen Rivers pled guilty in Harrison County this week to tampering with physical evidence and desecration of a human corpse in connection to the 2024 death of Lauren Johansen.
Rivers previously pled guilty in Forrest County to capital murder in the death of Johansen on August 28, 2026. He was sentenced to life in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC)…
