NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A Nashville-based recruiting company is back in good standing with the state, but the courtroom battle between its two founders continues.
According to the Secretary of State’s office, Hireventure was reinstated Thursday, Sept. 17. Five days later, John Mahoney filed an amended lawsuit against co-founder Holly Goold-Gawronski in Davidson County Chancery Court.
The amended complaint adds details about what happened after Hireventure was dissolved and describes Mahoney’s efforts to reinstate the company.
