NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A wanted man accused of stealing a phone in downtown Nashville over the weekend is now facing a felony charge after police said he withdrew money from the victim’s bank account.
According to an arrest affidavit obtained by News 2, the incident took place at the intersection of Broadway and 4th Avenue at approximately 3:30 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 27.
