NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – The New Orleans Police Department is investigating a fatal hit-and-run involving a bicyclist.
A bicyclist was hit by a vehicle around 3:39 a.m. Thursday near Robert Street and St. Charles Avenue, according to NOPD.
