Trader Joe’s is opening its second New Orleans location Friday, ending months of anticipation for shoppers eager for another outpost of the popular grocery chain, the company announced.
The new store is at the corner of Napoleon Avenue and Freret Street, on the former site of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School, just a few blocks north of the St. Charles Avenue streetcar line.
