Founded in 1982, BFM has built a strong reputation for delivering professional land and hydrographic surveying services to municipal, transportation, industrial, and private-sector clients throughout Southeast Louisiana. The acquisition strengthens TBS’s presence in the Greater New Orleans region while preserving the local expertise and client relationships that have defined BFM’s legacy, and expands client access to TBS’s multidisciplinary surveying, engineering, environmental, planning, and construction management services.
