NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – A French Quarter restaurant owner said she is drowning in a more than $50,000 water bill.
Christina Marullo owns the French Market Restaurant and Bar on Decatur Street, where the Sewerage and Water Board has been replacing water mains.
Marullo said the construction fencing has killed 70 percent of her business, and her water bill keeps climbing despite four different companies finding no leak on her property…
