The New Orleans Police Department are asking for the public’s help in locating a car and its occupant(s) in connection with a deadly hit-and-run in Pines Village on July 3.
Police say the hit-and-run happened around 3:50 a.m. in the 3500 block of Chef Menteur Highway.
