NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate and arrest a suspect who is accused of criminal damage to historic buildings or landmarks. The case is the latest one to roll on the Wheel of Justice.
According to the NOPD, the crime happened on Aug. 7 in Jackson Square at the corner of Chartres and Saint Ann Streets.

Police identified the suspect as 37-year-old Joshua George Bullock.
