NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — A New Orleans woman is facing kidnapping allegations after a weekend with her granddaughter.
The New Orleans Police Department says an arrest warrant was issued for 57-year-old Giselle Grant for simple kidnapping. This comes after the 7-year-old girl was dropped off to Grant by her father for a weekend visit.
