For the next several weeks we have parades in Southeast Louisiana celebrating St. Patrick and St. Joseph, along with Irish and Italian roots in the region.
It kicks off this Sunday with the Gretna Italian – Irish Parade and the Olde Towne Merchants Association St. Patrick’s Parade in Slidell.
Next weekend the Irish Channel St. Patrick’s Parade rolls in Uptown New Orleans on Saturday, March 14th.
On the 15th, it’s the St. Patrick Day Parade on Metairie Road…
