New Orleans man faces nearly 200 new charges in child exploitation case

NEW ORLEANS — A New Orleans man is facing a significant number of additional charges in an ongoing child exploitation investigation.

The Attorney General’s Office says Jamie Borne, who was already charged with dozens of counts involving child sexual abuse material of children under 13, has now been rebooked.

Authorities say Borne is facing 195 additional counts, along with two counts related to sexual abuse of an animal. He was first arrested by Homeland Security Investigations and the Louisiana State Police in New Orleans two weeks ago…
