BELLEVILLE, N.J. — Belleville police are asking residents to help identify a “suspicious individual” discovered lingering in the department’s parking lot, though this suspect comes with whiskers, paws and a strong demand for treats.
In a lighthearted social media post Thursday, the Belleville Police Department shared photos of a black cat found on department property and appealed to the public to help reunite the feline with its owner.
