RED HOOK – A 22-year-old New York City man has been arrested by Red Hook Police on several charges related to a stolen vehicle.
On Wednesday, police interviewed the driver of a car on Mill Road in the Town of Red Hook, Declan Kealy, and found the vehicle had been stolen in New York city the previous day.
Further investigation found that Kealy had an active bench warrant from a previous stolen car incident…
