NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) — Two people have been arrested after three people were spotted climbing out of a manhole on the Upper East Side on Wednesday, according to the NYPD.
Kevin Rodriguez, 26, and Samuel Reveron, 25, of Queens, were arrested Thursday and charged with trespassing and conspiracy.
The men were seen on video climbing out of the manhole and hopping into separate cars before heading north on Park Avenue, police said.

The suspects apparently put a drone-like device on a string through the hole and lowered it into the street. The NYPD has increased security because dignitaries are staying in the area for the U.N. General Assembly…
