To say that Ann Wilson has a full creative dance card is an understatement. While last year saw Wilson touring with sister Nancy in their band Heart, this year, the former is prepping to release Consecrated Ground, her latest solo effort that she recorded with psych-rock outfit Tripsitter.
On top of that, November will see the full release of the documentary In My Voice, an intimate look at her life, artistry and resilience. It’s all the more impressive given the fact that she’s recovering from a cancer diagnosis that found her getting treatment amid numerous concert cancellations. Fortunately, the West Coast native replied positively when asked about her recovery.
“I feel fine and great,” she said. “I’ve been healthy and clean for two years now.”…
