A 13-year-old boy from Jersey City is facing 41 charges of car theft.
The incidents occurred from Feb. 16 through March 4 in Bayonne.
Police say several Kias and Hyundais were stolen or attempted to be stolen within that time period.
Several stolen vehicles were returned to their owners.
