Four Newark men have been sentenced to prison for their roles in a burglary crew that targeted homes across Nassau County, New York, stealing luxury vehicles and other property during a string of break-ins and attempted break-ins in late 2023 and early 2024, prosecutors said.
Furquan Ahmad, 22, was sentenced Tuesday to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to burglary and weapons charges. Jawaun Whitted, 24, and Fazon Farrington, 21, were each previously sentenced to 10 years, while Raquil Hayes, 23, received a 3½-year prison term.
