Storm-battered North Jersey saw no relief as the work week resumed July 6 with more flooding and power outages, a pattern the region has been stuck in for days.
Similar storm issues have persisted since the night of July 3. The weather wrecked many people’s Fourth of July plans and now the new weeks is starting in similar fashion.

Morris County storm cleanup
Morris County was one of the hardest hit spots by the storm. JCP&L spokesperson Chris Hoenig, in an interview seen on News 12, said most customers will “have their lights back on today or tomorrow. Most of those remaining customers will then have their power back on Wednesday.”…
