WARREN TOWNSHIP, NJ — Four Newark men were arrested early Thursday after police pursued a stolen BMW that was disabled by tire deflation devices on Interstate 78.
Warren Township Police Chief Robert W. Ferreiro announced the arrests of Kaleem N. Blue, 20, Shamel S. Souvenir, 19, Brandon A. Brown-Shaw, 24, and Al-Rahman I. Howard, 18, all of Newark.
