Driver denies he was high when he fatally struck man in N.J. park

An attorney for a driver who ran over two people in West Hudson Park in Hudson County, killing one of them, says his client denies he was under the influence of marijuana when the crash occurred.

Zaire Ferguson, 27, of Carteret, is charged with second-degree death by auto and driving under the influence. The charges stem from a crash that killed Gary Gross, 58, of Kearny.
