Second man charged in deadly mass shooting at N.J. Chick-fil-A

Authorities have charged a second person in the deadly shooting at a Chick-Fil-A restaurant in Union last month.

Rahqueel Floyd, 23, of Irvington, is charged with the second-degree crimes of unlawful possession of a handgun and possession of a firearm for an unlawful purpose, the Union County Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement on Tuesday.

Floyd was a patron at the restaurant during the shooting on April 11. He is accused of firing a handgun inside the establishment, authorities said. He was taken into custody on Monday and is currently being held at Essex County Jail…
