NORFOLK, Va. — A federal appeals court ruling in a closely watched defamation case could lead to increased activity in the popular “Are We Dating the Same Guy?” Facebook groups, including one serving nearly 80,000 members in Hampton Roads.
The groups, created by Paola Sanchez, are designed as spaces where women can seek relationship advice, share dating experiences and warn others about potentially harmful partners.
