NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — Back in February 2025, a high-speed pursuit between two vehicles on the interstate ended in Newport News in a crash.
Newport News Police say the crash that ended at the intersection of Harpersville Road and Robinson Drive was put into motion by the actions of Rudolph Taylor.
