Windsor Mayor George Stubbs reported to the Windsor Town Council on June 9 that an ordinance was being developed that might allow golf carts on some streets in the town. He also noted low Windsor participation in the Peanut Express bus route connecting the town with the city of Suffolk and sought to promote more awareness of the route.
