PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Portsmouth Public Schools is partnering again with the Portsmouth Department of Parks and Recreation to support the Summer Food Service Program.
Meals will be offered to all children without charge and provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Children must be present to receive meals and are required to remain onsite while consuming meals.
