CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – The Chesapeake Police Department is giving out free steering wheel locks, while supplies last, to registered owners of some Hyundai and Kia vehicles.
Any Hyundai or Kia that uses a key to start (not push-to-start) is eligible, according to the police department.
These vehicles are widely stolen.
