NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Four people were injured after a shooting on Liberty Street in Norfolk Sunday morning, according to the Norfolk Police Department.
At around 3:20 a.m. on Aug. 2, officers were dispatched to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for the report of a walk-in gunshot victim.
