HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — Virginia State Police has issued a critically missing adult alert for 50-year-old Flounsay Romaine Caver of Hampton, last seen around 3 a.m. on Jonquil Lane.
Police say Caver was possibly wearing a black and gray Puma Dri-Fit T-shirt and black shorts. Caver is 5-foot-6, 170 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.
They add that Caver’s disappearance poses a credible threat to their health and safety…
