NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) — Four people were seriously injured following a multi-vehicle crash early Sunday morning on I-664 in Newport News, according to Virginia State Police.
State police were made aware of a 2013 Honda Civic driving southbound in the northbound lanes of I-664 around 4 a.m. The Honda Civic crashed into a 2026 Mazda CX-50 near Exit 5, according to a preliminary investigation.
The driver of the Honda Civic then ran out into the roadway and was struck by a 2015 Honda Odyssey. He suffered serious injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment…
